Focus Pakistan. Special meeting on March24th 2018. Lahore: Under the auspices of Focus Pakistan, a special meeting discussed at length the formulation of a new political order and a social contract. Dr. Owais Farooqui chaired the meeting. The participants emphasized on introduction of urgent structural constitutional changes to ensure corruption free, just and prosperous Pakistan. It was observed that any delay in the same would be detrimental. As proposed by Chairman Higher Education Punjab Dr. Professor Mohammed Nizamuddin, a working group was constituted to prepare a comprehensive document on legal frame work. Renowned lawyer Mr. Feroze Shah Gillani would head the four member group. Meeting commenced at 2.30 pm and concluded at 4.30 pm. Next meeting on this subject is planned on Saturday March 31st.
